This self-paced course is based on the book, Stop Bingeing, Start Living Proven Strategies to End your Binge Eating and is led by author, Shrein Bahrami, MFT. Shrein has treated clients struggling with eating disorders for over a decade and wrote her book compiling the techniques she has found most successful in bringing about lasting recovery. She created this course to go beyond what is shared in her book, allowing for more interaction and integration.
Included in this course is weekly individual emails with Shrein and the option to join our private Facebook group regularly updated with recovery-oriented resources and inspirational articles, images, etc. There is also the option of adding on coaching support with a wellness coach or dietitian.
Shrein Bahrami is a licensed psychotherapist and certified eating disorder specialist in San Francisco. She is the founder of Evolve Wellness, a group practice of clinicians specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, and is the author of Stop Bingeing, Start Living; Proven Therapeutic Strategies for Breaking the Binge Eating Cycle and The Loneliness Companion – A Practical Guide for Improving Your Self-Esteem and Finding Comfort in Yourself.
